Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, and letters already sent cannot be returned.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting My Subscriptions on our website. Cancellation will stop future payments, but we cannot refund payments already processed.

Please note that mail is delivered by postal services, and occasionally delays or delivery issues may occur. If you did not receive your letter, please contact us at lettersfox@gmail.com and we will send another one  so your child doesn’t miss their monthly surprise.

One-Time Letter Purchases (Share a Letter)

All one-time letter purchases are final and non-refundable. Once this service was purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

In case of postal  delivery issues, LetterFox will make a reasonable effort to resend the letter when possible.

Welcome to LetterFox!

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.Subscription

• By subscribing, you agree to receive monthly letter sent to the address you provide.

• When you first subscribe, you will be charged a monthly fee ($18.50) and will get two letters for the price of one during your first month of subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

2.Payments

• Payments are charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

• All payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

3.Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the My Subscriptions page on our website.

• Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not refund payments already made.

4.Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services, but we will make any effort to send you another letter in case your letter was not delivered.

• Please make sure your address information is correct when subscribing.

5.Use of Content

• All content, including letters, illustrations, and designs, is the property of LetterFox and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. One-Time Letter Purchases (Share a Letter)

• In addition to subscriptions, LetterFox offers one-time letter purchases through the “Share a Letter” option. By purchasing a one-time letter, you acknowledge and agree that:

• this purchase is not a subscription and does not include recurring letters;

• this purchase includes the preparation and delivery of one letter only and does not include any recurring mail or subscription.

• all one-time letter purchases are final and non-refundable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Personal Data and Authorization

• When purchasing a one-time letter addressed to a specific child, the buyer confirms that they have the legal right and permission to provide the child’s name and mailing address for the purpose of sending a letter.

• LetterFox is not responsible for unauthorized use of personal data provided by the buyer.

8. Mailing and delivery

• One-time letters are prepared and mailed within a few days after payment is received.

• Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days, depending on postal services.

• LetterFox is not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services but will make reasonable efforts to resend a letter if delivery fails.

9.Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
